Gas Cylinder Transportation Racks-Pods

Designed and manufactured in accordance with DNV2.7-1 / BSEN 12079.
Units are supplied “rig ready” and come complete with certified slings and shackles (Green Pin – Van Beest or Red Pin – Crosby) as standard.
A wide range of sizes are available, from 4 to 64 cylinder capacity.
Racks are designed for stability.
Fixed cylinder pods can be supplied complete with cylinders, connecting manifolds, flexibles, valves and gauges. These can be supplied empty or fully charged.
Multiple gas options available – Oxygen, Acetylene, Nitrogen, Argon, Compressed air etc. UN marking provided.
Loose cylinder transportation racks are supplied with front swing doors for easy access. Securing bars are provided.
Units can be painted in the customers colour choice and the units stencilled with customer specific identification details.
The unit bases have integrated forklift pockets for ease of yard loading and offloading and all lifting pad eyes point to the centre lift point.
